Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Coupa and SAP Ariba platforms to lead procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementation projects and provide strategic guidance on optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Coupa and Ariba implementation projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.
- Provide expert-level support for Coupa and Ariba modules including Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Contract Management.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using Coupa/Ariba capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest product features and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience in procurement technology consulting with strong hands-on experience in Coupa and SAP Ariba.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations and support projects.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and S2P lifecycle.
- Experience with integration tools and middleware such as Dell Boomi and MuleSoft.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
