About This Opportunity

This role is an integral part of a forward-thinking finance technology modernization team, responsible for driving future process and technology enhancements within the expense procure to pay accounting processes and systems.

The primary purpose is to serve as a subject matter expert in strategy, design, and implementation of finance and accounting processes and systems under the Finance Technology Modernization program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with documenting and designing end-user reports and reporting requirements
  • Drive change acceptance, articulate benefits, and design training for Source to Pay process owners and customers
  • Update existing and create new test scripts for testing cycles
  • Ensure a full understanding of individual workstream objectives and roles
  • Research and document business requirements for accounting systems
  • Develop and support recommendations to senior leadership regarding system and process design
  • Coordinate with Technology and consultants to replace and modernize legacy financial systems
Requirements:
  • 10 years combined experience in accounting (industry or public)
  • 3 years accounting experience in large ERP environment
  • 1-2 years managing cross-functional teams or processes
  • CA/CPA (preferred)
