Job Description:

Are you looking to specialize in procurement operations and improve your skills in sourcing processes? As an SAP Ariba procurement expert, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting strategic sourcing solutions across various projects. Your role will involve ensuring smooth integration with ERP systems and collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and support SAP Ariba solutions to enhance procurement operations.
  2. Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes, including RFx, Auctions, and Supplier Management.
  3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
  4. Support end-to-end Sourcing projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  5. Stay updated with new features in Ariba and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
