Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to manage the end-to-end procurement process from purchasing requisition to payment.
- You will have experience in team management, stakeholder management, escalation management, and performance review management.
- A strong understanding of sales orders and good communication skills are essential for this role.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or Ariba is required.
- Experience in RFx processes, procurement transformation/automation projects, and Spend Analytics is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing material requirements and specifications
- Preparing, analyzing, and sharing bid responses
- Reconciling purchase orders and resolving supplier queries
- Maintaining master data and updates
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans
- Establishing and monitoring issue management, change management, and quality management processes
- Organizing timely meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers
- Preparing project status reports and submitting them to senior management
