Electrical Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end procurement of electrical items.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and procurement, with excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and select reliable vendors for electrical products.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Review and validate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to guarantee purchases meet project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, including quotations, purchase orders, payments, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any delays or issues.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in electrical procurement, preferably in a trading company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
