The role of Procurement Operations Manager is a pivotal position within an organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day procurement processes. This includes Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders conversion, Fixed Asset Creation and Capitalization, Supplier Re-certification, Contract Drafting, and System Updates.
Key responsibilities include contributing to key performance metrics of the team, such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Quality, and Efficiency. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive issue resolution and process improvements.

  • \
  • A Bachelor's degree in any subject area, with a Master's degree being desirable.\
  • 5-7 years of experience in Procurement Operations, with exposure to product and services procurement in at least two categories.\
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement processes and experience with P2P tools like Ariba/Coupa and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.\
  • Experience with operations related to Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders conversion and working with standard contract templates.\
  • Collaboration with legal teams and knowledge of legal terms in contracts is advantageous.\
  • Multi-cultural/multi-region Shared Services or Procurement organization experience is a plus.\
  • Reporting and Metrics tools like Tableau/Power BI experience is desirable.\
  • Solid understanding of Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Professional level proficiency in English are required.\
