Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental targets.
- Optimize procurement processes for cost savings and efficiency.
- Understand department requirements, source accordingly at group level, and ensure seamless club purchasing.
- Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
- Finalize L1/L2 vendors, execute agreements, and maintain vendor trackers with cost-benefit analysis.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage inventory to meet production demands while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
- Continuously explore new vendors to improve rates and services.

Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive cost efficiency.
