Crest Ventures is seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Professional to spearhead land sourcing and acquisition strategy for its Build-to-Rent (BTR) development platform.

Key responsibilities include identifying and evaluating land parcels, building relationships with brokers and landowners, tracking market opportunities, and facilitating the acquisition process.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on land parcels, including title, zoning, FSI potential, and development control regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal analysts to prepare feasibility studies and financial models.
  • Assess alignment of land parcels with Crest EZY's product design and business model.
  • Organize meetings between key stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of deals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or investment.
  • Strong knowledge of local land acquisition processes and Mumbai Development Control Regulations (DCR).
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing land transactions.
