Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled compensation expert to design and implement effective compensation structures that attract and retain top talent. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and communicate compensation programs, as well as monitoring the program's effectiveness and making periodic adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the organization's overall HR and business goals.
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop and execute technology roadmaps for compensation management systems.
  • Designing and maintaining dashboards for market intelligence and predictive analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Maintaining focus on enterprise-level compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities with diverse missions.
  • Consulting with senior leaders and managers to educate them on compensation philosophies, policies, and structures.
  • Conducting research and analysis to develop compensation structures, conduct ad hoc analysis for business leaders, and general market pricing of jobs through salary surveys.
  • Supporting HR professionals within the compensation team and developing a global HR organization delivering client-focused services.
  • Undertaking job evaluations to ensure fairness in pay differences between jobs within the organization.
  • Preparing RFPs and shortlisting vendors for timely completion of appraisal cycle/revision cycle.

Benefits Responsibilities:

  • Driving wellbeing and benefits operations to enable development and successful implementation of health and mental wellbeing policies and programs conceptualized with local and global teams.
  • Defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team across health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
  • Working closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ benefits, and wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
  • Focus on communication and branding of associate benefits.
  • Driving insurance renewal for Fiserv India entity.
  • Developing the approach for administering health and wellbeing programs in collaboration with local and global teams.
  • Drives vendor market intelligence across the broader benefits portfolio and optimizing ROI.
  • Managing multiple vendors/services contracts and renewal.
  • Leading internal governance of functional metrics and health/insurance dashboards.
  • Driving finalization of annual Fiserv India engagement calendar in partnership with site excellence and enabling implementation of events in conjunction with the global and India team.
  • Working with Leaders, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and the leadership team to effectively communicate/amplify Fiserv India's Benefits philosophy and educate team members on the value of Total Rewards in partnership with communications.
  • Manages and monitors health and wellbeing budgets and insurance.
  • Owns and drives company-wide special projects aligned to team/organizational needs.
