Production Support Specialist Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support to business users, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to business users, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of production systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in production support, with a strong background in SQL, Unix, VB, Powerquery, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and job scheduling tools like Control-M.
  • Familiarity with incident management processes and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-driven with high accountability standards, able to work independently and as part of a team.
