As a key member of our team, the Talent Development Manager will play a vital role in shaping our culture and driving business growth.

Talent Acquisition
  • We are seeking an experienced recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles including sales executives, site engineers, marketing professionals, customer relationship managers, and corporate staff.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the industry and be able to develop a robust candidate pipeline using job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and networking.
Onboarding & Induction
  • A comprehensive onboarding program will be designed to ensure new hires feel welcome and supported as they integrate into our company culture.
  • The Talent Development Manager will conduct orientation sessions to align new employees with company policies, processes, and values.
Performance Management
  • The Talent Development Manager will assist in implementing performance management systems based on Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales and site staff.
  • Regular performance reviews will be conducted to monitor progress and provide feedback for improvement.
Training & Development
  • An ongoing training program will be established to address skill gaps and improve overall employee competence.
  • The Talent Development Manager will collaborate with external trainers or institutes to deliver specialized programs tailored to our needs.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintenance of accurate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases is essential.
  • The Talent Development Manager will handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and error-free salary disbursement.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
  • Regular engagement initiatives such as festivals, recognition programs, and team activities will be planned and executed to promote a positive work environment.
  • A transparent communication channel will be maintained to foster trust and open dialogue between employees and management.
