Commercial real estate asset management involves overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of a portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related data, including information on leases, insurance, and financial transactions.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve documents related to properties, such as deeds, agreements, and policies.
  • Prepare reports on property performance, including budget variance, lease status, maintenance activity, and other key metrics.
  • Provide administrative support to the asset management team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with contractors, and procuring work scopes and quotes.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Accurately maintain up-to-date property-related data.
  • Ensure timely retrieval of property-related documents.
  • Deliver high-quality, timely reports on property performance.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare insightful reports.
  • Highly developed organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.
