Our team is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to manage the day-to-day workflows of the fund's existing assets. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analysing cash flows, tracking and analysing asset performance, managing risk, and overseeing the fund's third-party partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge with advanced MS Excel skills and be able to perform detailed reviews of financial statements and budget-to-actual reports.

Additional responsibilities include assisting in managing third-party workflows, utilizing dynamic portfolio management tools, and collaborating with internal and external teams.

Required skills and qualifications include 6-8 years of experience in asset management or related fields, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to cultivate trust and build strong partnerships.

Bonus points for knowledge of third-party databases such as Yardi, Argus, CoStar, Real Page, Bloomberg, Alteryx, Tableau, etc. and hands-on experience with VBA macros.

Candidates should hold a CPA/CFA/MBA or equivalent qualification in accounting and finance from a reputable institution.
