Job Description

This role involves overseeing the management of all collection processes for assigned portfolios, ensuring timely resolution and recovery of allocated tasks.

The incumbent will be responsible for allocating collections to aligned vendors, conducting ongoing reviews, and formulating short-term incentive plans to drive productivity and DRR.

They will also be responsible for reviewing critical segments, adhering to settlement waivers, and conducting field visits to monitor customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee all collection processes for assigned portfolios.
  2. Allocate collections to aligned vendors and conduct ongoing reviews to drive performance.
  3. Formulate short-term incentive plans to increase productivity and drive DRR.
  4. Review critical segments and adhere to settlement waivers.
  5. Conduct field visits to monitor customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
  6. Raise red flags in a timely manner in case of portfolio health deterioration or frauds.
  7. Maintain process hygiene at aligned agencies and ensure 100% data security.
  8. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and thorough due diligence during onboarding/offboarding/renewal of vendors.
  9. Monitor NFTE ACR CAPE as per collection strategy.
