Job Title: Portfolio ManagerA seasoned portfolio manager is needed to oversee the collection of portfolios for assigned areas, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and achievement of set targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage collections across various parameters, including resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and take proactive measures to minimize their impact.
  • Identify opportunities to increase fee income and develop strategies to reduce vendor payouts.
  • Conduct thorough asset verifications and possessions in accordance with SARFESI / Section 9 processes.
  • Track and control delinquency levels, focusing on non-starters and critical/complex customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolutions of customer complaints within specified turnaround times.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients to facilitate timely collections and monitor defaulting customers.
