Job Title: Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

  • To manage a portfolio of mid-market and emerging large corporate clients, providing regular monitoring and follow-up services to ensure timely updates on their account developments.
  • To advise borrowers in turnaround situations regarding liquidity concerns, undertaking viability studies, developing sustainable business plans, and collaborating on rehabilitation packages.
  • Manage stressed assets through interaction with companies, performance monitoring, benchmarking, adherence to terms, site visits, etc.
  • Monitor exposures for proactive action whenever required, reviewing credit files, financials, security documentation, and current status.
  • Design early warning triggers for allocated accounts, closely monitor portfolios, review operational and financial performance, track monthly cash flows, and monitor economic cycles and applicable industries impacting assets.
  • Determine recovery strategies after factoring in suitable legal options.

  • Strong understanding of risk management principles
