Job Title: Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing collections in a designated area, with the goal of achieving set targets across various parameters.

  • Collection Targets: The Portfolio Manager will focus on resolving collections by achieving resolution rates, minimizing NPAs, and controlling delinquency. They will track and analyze bucket and DPD-wise delinquency to identify areas for improvement.
  • Revenue Growth: The Portfolio Manager will develop initiatives to increase fee income/revenue while reducing vendor payouts.
  • Asset Verification: The Portfolio Manager will conduct asset verifications and possessions as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: The Portfolio Manager will ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving customer issues within specified TAT.
  • Relationship Building: The Portfolio Manager will build relationships with key clients to facilitate timely collections and monitor defaulting customers to identify reasons for defaulting.
  • Representation: The Portfolio Manager will represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required by the legal team, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines.
