We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources department. This key role involves overseeing the recruitment process, designing organizational policies and setting objectives for the HR team.
Key Responsibilities- Set clear objectives for the HR team and track progress towards these goals.
- Design and implement policies that promote a positive work environment and support business objectives.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain top talent.
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Host in-house recruitment events to showcase our employer brand and build employee relationships.
- Discuss employees' career development paths with managers to ensure growth and engagement.
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire) to inform strategic decisions.
- Review departmental budgets to optimize resource allocation.
- Organize learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner, promoting a positive work culture.
- Maintain procedures that comply with labor regulations, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.
- Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR technology and labor legislation.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication abilities, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to foster healthy employee relations and promote a positive work culture.
