Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive operational efficiencies, manage weekly and fortnightly governance calls, and facilitate monthly meetings with banks and distribution teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving operational efficiencies through process improvements and best practice adoption.
  • Leading weekly/fornightly governance calls to ensure alignment and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Facilitating monthly meetings with bank and distribution teams to discuss key performance indicators and address concerns.
