Plant Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at our waste management plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring safety compliance, supervising staff, and maintaining operational efficiency to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the waste management plant.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
• Implement and monitor plant safety protocols and environmental compliance.
• Manage workforce scheduling, supervision, and performance.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain plant records, reports, and documentation as per compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective measures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in waste management and recycling processes.
• Report to senior management on plant performance and KPIs.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of plant operations, waste management, or manufacturing setup.

• Technical knowledge of machinery and plant maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant/operations management (waste management industry preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
