Key Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise to lead SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation to delivery, overseeing upgrades, integrations, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate system testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live support for successful delivery with minimal disruption.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, driving adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.
- Develop process maps, document compliance, and ensure adherence to pharmaceutical standards (e.g., GxP).
- Promote integration efforts with third-party systems and interface solutions.
- Foster knowledge transfer to cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Analyze system or process issues, drive structured solutions, and implement effective project governance.
