About This Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving business growth. You will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve our objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline is maintained.
  • Coach and guide producers to cross-sell and grow the business.
  • Maintain agent relationships and ensure at least 20% year-on-year growth.
  • Ensure IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.
  • Verify application quality.
  • Support/guide producers in all activities related to policy services.
  • Train agents on products, processes, and company USPs.
Accountabilities:
  1. Achieve overall Gross Written Premium (GWP).
  2. Ensure sustainable profitability.
  3. Maintain hygiene standards.
  4. Recruit and retain high-quality agents.
  5. Activate new opportunities.
Stakeholder Interfaces:

Internal Stakeholders:

  • Operations Team - Issuance of policies.
  • Underwriter - Risk factor analysis.
  • Finance Team - Taxation handling.
  • Human Resources - Share business insights and build talent pools.
  • Training Team - Employee training.
  • NSM/RSM/ASM - Suggestions.

External Stakeholders:

  • Agents.
  • Brokers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of insurance industry experience.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience leading a business line in Retail Sales.
Education and Training:
  • Any graduation qualification is acceptable.
