Job Opportunity:

The successful Bid Specialist will be responsible for developing and leading end-to-end proposal development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling proposal responses through collaboration and partnership with various stakeholders.
  • Lead the proposal development process from initial review to final submission.
  • Write, edit, and proof proposals to ensure they meet business objectives.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information.

Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years' experience in delivering compliant and compelling proposal responses.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Ability to analyze requirements and develop compliance matrices.

Preferred Skills:
  • Capacity to articulate and write persuasive value propositions.
  • Independence in developing proposal outlines, schedules, and providing leadership to cross-functional teams.
