Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional who can serve as the bridge between our company vision and our people.

This role is for someone who understands labor laws, creates and implements HR policies, drives culture-building initiatives, and engages with employees across multiple regions.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Draft, review, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with all legal, payroll, and statutory obligations across regions.
  • Culture & Engagement:
    • Design and run initiatives that build a strong, inclusive company culture.
    • Be the voice of the company's vision, ensuring employees feel connected and valued.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with teams across locations to understand concerns and drive solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
    • Build a strong pipeline of talent through proactive sourcing.
    • Create a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Performance & Development:
    • Implement and manage Key Results Areas (KRAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and appraisal cycles.
    • Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • HR Operations & Technology:
    • Manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for attendance, leaves, performance, and employee data.
    • Generate reports and insights for leadership to support decision-making.
  • Business Partnership:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and leadership.
    • Collaborate with all functions to ensure HR initiatives align with business needs.
