About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity, conduct regular feedback surveys, and analyze results to drive engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools is also essential.

Key Responsibilities- Design and execute employee engagement programs to enhance workforce morale and productivity.
- Conduct regular feedback surveys and analyze results to drive engagement strategies.
- Implement and manage the organization's performance management system.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely and accurate performance assessments.
- Analyze performance data to support learning and development planning.
- MBA in Human Resource or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employee engagement, PMS, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
