Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal databases, ensuring that all client information is recorded and easily accessible.
  • Marketing Campaigns: You will design and implement effective marketing campaigns to engage with leads and promote our services.
  • Communication: As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: You will be responsible for maintaining MIS reports, providing regular updates on client activity and performance metrics.
  • Email Communication: The successful candidate will send regular email communications to vendors and internal branches, keeping them informed of key developments and initiatives.
  • Collation of Reports: You will collate and analyze all reports, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance client engagement.
  • Social Media Marketing: As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will develop and implement social media marketing plans, increasing our online presence and reach.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: The successful candidate must have good English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-Motivation: You should be self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
  • Social Media Knowledge: A good understanding of social media marketing principles and practices is essential.
