Job Overview

The Employee Engagement Lead drives business outcomes through strategic employee engagement. This high-impact role requires a proven track record in retention, employee experience, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop a data-driven engagement strategy aligned with business goals, scaling ambitions, and revenue targets.
  2. Create annual and quarterly engagement roadmaps with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Lead the attrition problem statement, monitor resignation trends, and implement targeted interventions.
  4. Reduce regrettable attrition by focusing on high-performing employees, billable consultants, and niche skill roles.
  5. Work closely with Delivery Managers to enforce engagement scorecards across all teams.
  6. Build predictive dashboards connecting engagement health to delivery risk and client satisfaction.
  7. Hold Delivery Leads and Managers accountable for team morale, retention, and eNPS.
  8. Conduct regular skip-level connects, heat maps, and pulse checks to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Oversee the end-to-end employee journey: onboarding, training, growth pathways, recognition, and exit prevention.
  10. Implement digital tools to engage hybrid and offshore teams.
  11. Run structured virtual engagement models to ensure distributed consultants stay connected and productive.
  12. Establish a performance-linked recognition framework tied to billability, certifications, client feedback, and delivery excellence.
  13. Co-own employer branding metrics (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, internal referral success rates).
  14. Develop transparent communication frameworks during ramp-ups, delivery escalations, or organizational changes.
  15. Lead engagement initiatives in high-pressure situations: rapid ramp-ups, bench optimization, client escalations, or leadership exits.
  16. Act as first responder for talent at risk of attrition or burnout.
  17. Drive engagement dashboards showing attrition vs. retention vs. productivity impact.
  18. Justify engagement spend with clear ROI metrics.
