Immersive Learning Opportunities

We are currently seeking a curated group of Learning & Development specialists to support our mission of delivering inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs. These engagements will be contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional.

Key Geographic Locations

  • India or outside India
  • Remote work options with preferred time zones in India and Europe

Languages Required

English (professional proficiency) is essential, while French and/or German language skills are highly valued.

Functional Expertise

  1. Instructional Designers: Course design, accessibility, and localization expertise (CPLP/APTD/CELP/ATD certifications advantageous)
  2. Project Managers: Multi-workstream planning, stakeholder communication, budgets, and risk management
  3. eLearning Developers – Articulate Storyline (ASL): SCORM/xAPI, templates, interactions, and responsive UI development
  4. HTML5 Learning Developers: Responsive UI, JavaScript/CSS, LMS compatibility, and WCAG 2.1 compliance
  5. Learning Technologists: AR/VR, serious games, hybrid classrooms, and X2O/OneRoom platform expertise
  6. Simulation Design & Delivery: ModuloPi, Laerdal SimCapture, CAE LearningSpace, scenario creation, and facilitation
  7. Serious Games Designers & Developers: Blend of pedagogy and game mechanics for meaningful learning experiences
  8. Data & Evaluation Analysts: Power BI, Tableau, Excel/SQL, SurveyMonkey, NVivo, feedback frameworks, and evaluation metrics
  9. Accessibility & QA: WCAG 2.1, ISO/IEC compliance, content checks, navigation, and multimedia accessibility
  10. Event & Cohort Operations (Training): Global training logistics, run-of-show coordination
  11. Webinar Producers & Facilitators (Training): Platform setup, speaker operations, and engagement strategies
  12. Cultural SMEs & D&I (L&D): Inclusive content, imagery, and delivery standards for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences and training events with measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and subject matter experts across time zones and languages
  • Develop scalable templates, toolkits, and processes for content, technology, and operations
  • Ensure high-quality, accessible, and evidence-based evaluation practices

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable Learning & Development experience (enterprise, consulting, or boutique firm backgrounds)
  • A strong portfolio or case studies with links required for specific roles (e.g., ID, ASL, HTML, AR-VR, games, sim)
  • Proven track record of remote collaboration, clear communication, and timely project delivery
  • Bonus points for multilingual delivery capabilities (English + French/German), experience in regulated sectors, or large-scale rollout expertise

Engagement Options and Compensation

Contract or SOW agreements; rates depend on the role, seniority, and geographical location; duration varies with some retainer possibilities.
