Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Talent Management (TM) and Learning & Development (L&D) leader to join our team.

Talent Management

  • Design and implement robust talent review processes and succession planning strategies to ensure the growth of high-potential employees.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and HRBPs to track talent movement, career progression, and retention planning initiatives.
  • Develop and drive competency frameworks across functions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support employee engagement strategies and build a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Lead performance management processes, goal setting workshops, and performance calibration activities to drive employee growth and development.
  • Create dashboards to track key talent metrics and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Learning & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual L&D plans to address skill gaps across functions.
  • Design and deliver technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs for all levels of employees.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to source high-quality content for training programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning modules.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis to inform future program development.
  • Launch onboarding and induction programs to ensure cultural alignment and role readiness among new hires.
