Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employer value proposition, optimizing talent pipelines, and delivering a superior candidate experience. Key responsibilities include devising and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with senior leaders to forecast talent requirements, and managing external recruitment agencies.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to forecast talent needs across functions and geographies.
    • Align hiring plans with business growth initiatives.
  • End-to-End Recruitment Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Ensure a consistent and efficient process that delivers high-quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Talent Pipeline & Market Mapping:
    • Develop strong candidate pipelines for niche and critical roles.
    • Conduct ongoing market research and talent mapping for the wellness, beauty, and consumer goods sectors.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
    • Enhance the employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and industry networks.
    • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).
    • Provide regular dashboards and insights to management.

Requirements include 7-12 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in D2C, FMCG, retail, or beauty/wellness sectors. A proven track record of end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions is also required.
