Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in administering HR policies and procedures.
- Skills in training, development, and performance management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
