About Chief of Staff Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief of Staff. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a scalable, agile, and reliable supply backbone that enables rapid and profitable growth. This involves developing strong relationships with processors and manufacturers across various hubs, forecasting and aligning supply with launches, and optimizing working capital.

In addition to this key responsibility, the Chief of Staff will lead a high-performing Supply team, hire, mentor, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless collection rollouts. The ideal candidate should have at least 10–15 years of experience in operations and business roles in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust ecosystem of suppliers and manufacturers
  • Forecast and align supply with demand
  • Optimize working capital and inventory levels
  • Lead a high-performing Supply team
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • At least 10–15 years of experience in operations and business roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth in high-growth environments
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
