Job Overview

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and strategic initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution & Ownership:
  • Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives from planning and market analysis to implementation and performance measurement with a focus on maximizing revenue, customer experience, and brand equity.
  • Founder's Office Project Management:
  • Directly manage critical projects ensuring proper tracking and monitoring of key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence:
  • Facilitate seamless coordination between business & support functions to execute strategic initiatives and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Thought Partnership & Decision Support:
  • Act as a sounding board for the CEO, senior leadership, and other stakeholders on critical business decisions related to strategy, growth, and product innovation.
  • Leadership & Team Development:
  • Support the CEO and leadership team in enhancing their leadership effectiveness including providing coaching, facilitating discussions, and encouraging high-performance cultures.
  • Strategic Communication & Brand Representation:
  • Act as the communication backbone for the CEO managing internal and external communications including crafting updates, presentations, and strategic reports.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Identify and drive improvements in business operations with a focus on increasing efficiency reducing costs and enhancing customer experience.
  • Market Trend Analysis:
  • Constantly evaluate market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to keep the company ahead of industry shifts and technological advances.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required with preference for degrees in Real Estate Business Administration or related fields MBA or equivalent advanced degree from tier 1 institution.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a strategic planning Chief of Staff or leadership role in the real estate industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
