E-commerce Growth Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished e-commerce professional to lead our Amazon advertising efforts and drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon’s dynamics, policies, and algorithms.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position that involves day-to-day tasks related to advertising, optimisations, market research, marketing strategy, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising Amazon Ads campaigns to increase traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and enhance Amazon Ads campaigns to boost visibility and rankings.
  • Analyse campaign performance, adjust bids, and leverage keyword insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Leverage knowledge of Amazon tools and features to enhance product listings.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and campaign results to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns and driving sales.
  • Proven experience as a Senior E-commerce Team member or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other relevant e-commerce tools.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon algorithms, SEO principles, and keyword research.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
