E-commerce Growth Strategy Lead

Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our e-commerce growth strategy and drive revenue through strategic planning, data analysis, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Ownership: Oversee website revenue growth and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive customer acquisition through Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.
  • Data Analytics Expertise: Monitor and optimize website performance using analytics tools, conversion funnels, and custom data dashboards.
  • Loyalty & Retention Marketing: Design and implement CRM & loyalty programs to maximize LTV (lifetime value) and retention of core customer segments.
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Act as the single point of contact between marketing, product, supply chain, and customer support teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, performance marketing, and website management.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics tools, Google & Meta advertising platforms.
  • Experience in leading external agency relationships and vendor partnerships.
