Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our India Internal legal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience in the legal field.

The successful candidate will work closely with industry experts to draft, review, and redline contracts, conduct research on regulatory updates, and support due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
  • Analyzing contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Conducting research on regulatory updates and revisions.
  • Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating compliance screening of third parties.
Requirements
  • LAW Graduate
  • Strong legal acumen, research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
