Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled contract analyst with experience in managing contracts, redlining documents, drafting agreements, and negotiating terms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, principles underlying commercial contracts, and global standards. Experience in abstraction, summarization, and vendor contracts is also desired.

In addition to technical skills, we value candidates who possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, redlining, drafting, negotiations, abstraction, and summarization.
  • An LLB qualification is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CLM knowledge and MS Office Suite exposure is preferred.
