About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our organization as Senior Executive. This is an exciting opportunity for those with experience in managing contracts from inception to termination, ensuring alignment with business objectives and protecting the organization's interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic contract management plans that meet business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure zero financial discrepancies between system and physical inventory.
  • Analyze trade terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and their impact on logistics, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect the organization's interests.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors, maintaining open communication channels throughout the contract lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 6-12 years of experience in contract management, with 3-4 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
