Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts from initiation to completion.
  • Redlining: Review and revise contracts.
  • Drafting: Create high-quality contracts that meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiations: Engage in effective negotiations to secure favorable contract terms.
Qualifications
  • LLB or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, redlining, drafting, and negotiations.
  • Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), subcontracting, and procurement contracts is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts.
  • Understanding of global standards and best practices in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
