Delivering exceptional contract management expertise is crucial to the success of our organization. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts.

  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Redlining and document management
  • Abstraction and summarization
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution
  • Vendor contract management
  • Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Subcontracting and procurement

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in contract management, redlining, drafting, negotiations, abstraction, and summarization
  • LLB qualification is essential
  • CLM knowledge and MS Office Suite exposure are highly valued
  • Fair knowledge of commercial contracts and principles underlying the law of contracts across geographies
