Job Title: Senior Executive - Contract Management

Hello All,

We are hiring for a senior executive role with one of our reputed clients based out of Bangalore location.

Job Description:

With 6-12 years of experience and relevant industry knowledge, you will be responsible for managing contracts from creation to inventory management. You should have a good understanding of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) and their impact on trade and logistics.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge about Contract Management life cycle.
  • Good understanding of Inventory Management.
  • Familiarity with Bill of Lading (BL) and its role in shipping, ownership transfer, and trade commodity futures, price fixation.
  • Ability to reconcile inventory with zero financial disconnect.
  • Any Graduate qualification is required.
