Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This role involves reviewing and approving contract changes for complex contracts, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of contracts.

This is a critical role that requires:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Contractual Operations, SOX compliance, procurement, vendor management

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Review and Analysis

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of Statements of Work (SOWs) to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or ambiguous language that could impact contract execution or business objectives
  • Analyzing deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines outlined in SOWs to determine how they align with project goals and business outcomes
  • Assessing how SOWs align with overall business strategies, client needs, and budgetary requirements

Beyond these key responsibilities, we expect our ideal candidate to have:

Technical Skills

A solid understanding of:

  • Solid business acumen,
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Word for document management and reporting

Certifications and Education
