Channel Sales Lead Position Overview

This role involves managing the sales process for various channels, ensuring that targets are met and revenue is maximized.

  1. Activate SIMs at retail outlets as per set targets.
  2. Drive Revenue Market Share by expanding retail width and product availability.
  3. Manage the productivity of channel partners and distributors.
  4. Train and ensure required field sales executives with distributors.
  5. Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stocks.
  6. Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge selling outlets and SIM selling outlets.
  7. Monitor and analyze basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors and Retailers.
  8. Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices, and initiatives. Report to management teams.
  9. Propose requirements to enhance visibility in the territory.
