Job Overview

Technical Expertise

The ideal candidate will have good technical exposure and stay updated with the latest trends in AI, Generative AI, and other emerging technologies. They must understand and articulate the technical aspects of our services to customers.

Customer Engagement

Manage customer relationships post-deal closure, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any escalations. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present comprehensive company information and capabilities.

Market Research and Strategy

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the targeted customer base. Prepare and implement strategic plans to focus on high-potential customers. Identify stakeholders with spending ability and develop strategies to engage them effectively.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, specifically in IT services and solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Modern Digital Engineering, AI, Generative AI, and other trending technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage customer relationships.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
