Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Performance Optimization Engineer to join our team at Magic EdTech.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a deep understanding of performance optimization, software development, and team management. As a Lead Performance Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for driving performance optimization initiatives and having a direct impact on product development and end-user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with performance tuning, diagnostic or monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, CA APM (previously Wily Introscope), etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years' hands-on design/development experience in languages like Java, .NET, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Team Lead experience leading a team with experience in Project Planning, Estimating or Project Management.
  • Driving performance optimization initiatives and having a direct impact on product development and end-user experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering software designed for high concurrency, scalability, or availability.
  • Hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning.
  • Exposure to Cloud, SaaS, and virtualization concepts and performance concerns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Able to steer organizational vision and strategy.
Salary Range

Rs. 25-35 lakhs per annum.
