Job Description:

The Optimizing Business Performance Specialist is a critical role within Safexpress Private Limited that focuses on driving organizational success through effective performance management.

About the Role:

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance metrics across teams and departments to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Goal Setting & Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to establish clear performance goals and KPIs, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Design and implement performance improvement programs based on data-driven insights, and recommend change initiatives to optimize workflows and processes.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, achievements, and areas needing attention, and present findings to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, HR, and operations to align performance goals with company-wide initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and work with HR to develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Monitor employee performance and satisfaction, offering support to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage sales, marketing, and operational data to develop insights and refine performance strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in performance management, business development, HR policies, or a similar role, with at least 3-4 years supporting senior management.
  • Proven track record in analyzing and optimizing business performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and achieving organizational goals.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, sales, HR, and administration.
  • Proficiency in performance management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 8-10 lakhs per annum.
