About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce PPC Team Lead to optimize our advertising performance on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart by formulating strategies and roadmaps for successful delivery of PPC campaigns.
• Direct responsibility for campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on analytics to drive decision-making across various product lines.
• Stay updated on current search trends, competition, and Pay Per Click best practices.
• Work closely with the business team to understand and finalize monthly goals in terms of budgets and ROI.
Preferred Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years in handling PPC campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart, with experience managing a minimum monthly budget of ₹20 Lac.
• Hands-on experience in driving Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS) and scaling budgets effectively.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and reporting, with the ability to clearly outline current performance drivers and actions to improve.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in applying those skills to optimize advertising performance.
Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary: ₹80 Lac per annum (inclusive of bonus and benefits). We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
