About the Role:

The Performance Optimization Strategist will be responsible for driving business success by overseeing and optimizing individual, team, and process performance.

This involves analyzing performance data, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), structuring evaluation methods, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics across teams or departments to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Goal Setting & Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to establish clear performance goals and KPIs. Develop strategies and initiatives to achieve these goals and improve overall performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Design and implement performance improvement programs based on data-driven insights. Recommend and lead change initiatives to optimize workflows, processes, and team dynamics.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, achievements, and areas needing attention. Present findings to senior management and propose corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, HR, and operations to align performance goals with company-wide initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and work with HR to develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.
  • Employee Engagement: Monitor employee performance and satisfaction, offering support to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage sales, marketing, and operational data to develop insights and refine performance strategies. Utilize tools such as analytics software to track and visualize performance.
  • Social Media and Branding Performance: Oversee the impact of social media and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that online presence and engagement align with performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in performance management, business development, HR policies or a similar role, with at least 3-4 years supporting senior management.
  • Proven track record in analyzing and optimizing business performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and achieving organizational goals.

Compensation: Estimated annual salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 (inclusive of all benefits). Skills:
