At IGT Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our team in creating a seamless learning experience for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations training departments.
Job SummaryThis role involves overseeing the development and implementation of training programs that align with the company's vision and goals. You will be responsible for formulating strategies to ensure smooth functioning, development, and execution of various tasks within the training team. Your primary focus will be on maintaining quality assurance and implementing effective systems and processes for measuring and monitoring training effectiveness.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop yearly training plans and materials for all departments, as well as coordinate multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Additionally, you will provide inputs for RFPs and create solutions to potential businesses. We expect you to perform periodic assessments of classroom/facilitation skills of direct reports (Trainer Certification, Trainer Feedback Observation & Focus Group Discussions).

The successful candidate will have a Graduate degree in any discipline, with above-average academic performance. They will have 5-8 years of experience in training, preferably in the BPO or Call Center industry, with at least 3 years as a Senior Training Manager. They should be familiar with traditional and modern training methods, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
