Job Title: Marketplace Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Marketplace Business Manager to oversee the overall strategy, management, and growth of a specific Mandi within our business. This key role combines strategic planning, supply management, demand generation, and market/customer preference understanding.

The ideal candidate is an independent leader who can manage end-to-end business operations, plan scale-up, and create predictable profit pools.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive supply and demand within a particular mandi and increase market share.
  • Understand local Supply and Demand trends and competitor activities.
  • Identify revenue & cost-saving opportunities for maximising profits.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills with 2-5 years of experience in Key Account management roles, managing rural areas sales exposure and B2B sales experience in FMCG/Ecommerce industries.
  • An Engg/MBA professional with a proven track record of driving business growth, increasing revenue, and optimising costs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
